I absolutely swear by this. I have been using this for a few months and its helped me drop weight like crazy. If you just periodically input the simple data, and then follow the 'guidelines', you will lose weight, gain weight maintain etc etc
just remember that a calorie is a calorie is a calorie, you must count absolutely everything wether it is a soda or a salad with dressing or whatever you might conviently not count
I've tried it without excercise and it worked, but i put it back. this time around, ive combined it with excercise and got terrefic results. I estimate im only another 2 months or so of hard work from being where I would like.
